So its been a while since I posted a blog here and if you would like to follow me on Instagram my name is @naturally_ladye. So… Back to the blog I just want to say that I’ve became more aware of my surroundings since I started my loc journey. I’ll always love my hair. But I’m noticing that I love my hair more more everyday.
I get asked all the time “why did I loc my hair?” I simply tell them because I wanted to because I can. Then I get told that my hairs too pretty to lock or my hair wont lock! And what people don’t seem to understand if that everyones hair can lock it doesn’t matter your race background whatever your hair canlock.
I read a quote on Instagram and the quote said: “You are considered a Rebel by Society Whenever You  Embrace who You are and what you exude as Beauty Stay Strong Queen!” I love this quote and see everyday since then I’ve been living by this quote. It shows strength, it shows acceptance, it shows self worth, self love. And in the quote the picture of Nerissa Irving just gorgeous and I just love her aura she exudes so much beauty love….she’s just LOVE! So with that being said Stay Strong for the ones who want to embark on this journey and has already been on this journey and feel discourage please STAY STRONG! Okay I’m getting off my soapbox!! PEACE AND LOVE PEOPLE

Retwisting myself for the first time! Still have the comb coils and they are still split…..love this journey that I’m on….learning that my hair is softer than I thought but are locking in some places :-)

So I had took the braidlocs out and went the comb coil route so far so good… At first I had 127 of them but I spilt them so there are twice as many….I love the fullness since I got them spilt and I don’t regret it at all….now the patience game is in full effect for this is a process and can’t.wait til they are fully locd!!
